    Export drift clearance

    Clears both pending [content-drift] findings reported by the octopus main-repo guard check:workflow-repo-drift (overflow ticket org-internal #6424, clearance ticket org-internal #6434). Corpus sync of octopus main-repo core/ changes from 2026-10-15 (v0.1.6) to 2026-10-24 (main @ 4a149fccf). 3 files changed; guards/ and examples/ content unchanged.

    Row 7.7 rewritten: desktop feed dispatch is now three legs (mac via desktop-mac.yml dispatch; win/linux via desktop-feed.yml), and validation authority moves to a fail-loud script — bun packages/desktop/script/verify-feed.ts --version <ver> --channel <beta|prod> must PASS with full three-platform yml checks (latest.yml / latest-linux.yml / latest-mac.yml: version: == CLI version + per-asset size verification + anonymous reachability). Follows the v0.31.0 missed-leg incident remediation (main-repo commit 867502fec).

    implement skill: Producer test preflight (core/skills/implement/SKILL.md)

    New core-neutral "Producer test preflight" block (+14 lines) under Role Split: (1) no absolute-path targets outside the test's own fixture/instance dir — platform-dependent expectations must be asserted explicitly; (2) polling/wait-for loops must be bounded AND non-vacuous — the body must be asserted to have executed at least once so a timeout-cut never yields a false green. Anchored to a real CI red (nonexistent absolute-path drill + 15s-bound vacuous loop; main-repo commit 4a149fccf).
