    Kanban practice fully retired + review-pipeline hardening

    Corpus sync of octopus main-repo core/ changes from 2026-10-03 (v0.1.5) to 2026-10-15 (main @ de16e8704). 19 files changed; guards/ and examples/ content unchanged.

    Kanban retirement completed (#5745)

    core/skills/implement/reference/implement-mode.md, core/skills/verify/SKILL.md, core/skills/review-artifact/SKILL.md, core/adapters/gitea/patterns.md — the manual column-move practice introduced as a replacement in v0.1.5 is now itself retired: all Pattern 7.5 kanban references and kanban-lifecycle wiki pointers removed. Lifecycle authority = ticket status + commit status only. Downstream consumers should drop any board-move step at pipeline stage transitions.

    Review pipeline hardening (#5656 N-04/N-06)

    • core/skills/review-artifact/SKILL.md, core/skills/_shared/review-reviewer-prompt.md, core/schemas/reviewer-output.schema.json — review-artifact schema validation wiring: reviewer dispatches carry a StructuredOutput mount (json_schema enforced); findings file remains the canonical Tier-1 artifact.
    • core/skills/verify/SKILL.md — new §2.0b "Gate Records as Deterministic Inputs": mechanical pass claims must be grounded in gate tool result metadata, never model transcription.

    review-code batching + codegraph preamble (#4386 / #4187)

    • core/skills/review-code/SKILL.md — same-PR batch review section (single-session review of batched PRs) with [org-internal #5658]-style delinked refs.
    • core/skills/codegraph-setup/SKILL.md, review-code preamble — worktree sessions: the main checkout's .codegraph/ index does not cover a session worktree; check the worktree's own index before dispatch.
