    Kanban automation retirement

    core/skills/implement/reference/implement-mode.md - Kanban column lifecycle semantic inversion: automated board writes (POST .../issues to Backlog, POST .../pulls to Review) retired in favor of manual column moves as the pipeline stage changes (Pattern 7.5 reference retained).

    Follows the octopus main-repo gitea-mcp retirement (commit 4d992fa11, 2026-10-02). Downstream consumers of v0.1.4 must stop issuing automated kanban API writes described by the old text.

    Guard status

    Full-tree recursive diff against local core/ + examples/ + guards/: zero drift on all other files. Verified via check:core-parity (71 mappings, 0 drift) on the source side.
