Target Surface Analysis — Output Template
Used by Phase A1.7 (standalone) and Phase B1.7 (pipeline). Read this file when executing the Target Surface Analysis phase, then produce the output document following this format.
Publish the output to wiki page port-{name}/source-analysis/target-surface
(standalone) or port-{name}/source-analysis/11-target-surface
(pipeline) via wiki 读写 API（见 TERMINOLOGY）.
