现象

在桌面版会话中调用 question 工具（3 个选项，stage: review-dag），用户在界面选择第一项（推荐项），工具却返回 Unanswered——选择未回传到 agent。

复现步骤

agent 调用 question，3 个选项，stage = review-dag；
用户点选第一项「先收口工单再启动 DAG（推荐）」；
工具返回 User has answered your questions: … = "Unanswered"。

期望

返回用户实际所选选项的 label。

实际

返回 Unanswered（视同未作答）。agent 只能按"无人回答"处理，用户被迫复述自己已经做过的选择。

影响

管线决策点（review-dag / merge-pr 等）的用户选择丢失；若发生在 destructive 业务决策点，流程会停在"未答"状态，或被迫改用纯文本提问绕开该工具，用户对自己"明明选了"却显示未答感到困惑。

环境

octopus 桌面版 sidecar（linux）；模型 deepseek-flash（provider: deepseek）
时间：2026-10-21 约 18:00 +08:00
配置：~/.config/@octopus-ai/desktop/sidecar/config/octopus/octopus.jsonc，未显式配置 question_live_gate / auto_approve（走默认）
会话：starr-ph 工作区（/home/fourbroad/starr-ph），单会话

可能线索

question 的降级链（L1 SSE 人类应答 / L2 工单评论 / L3 自动默认）中，L1 未捕获 UI 选择即返回 Unanswered；
用户反馈"立即作答"，而返回时已是 Unanswered，疑似应答与降级/超时判定存在竞态，或桌面 UI 的 answer 事件未回传 sidecar；
本会话首次使用 question 即复现。

证据

工具返回原文：User has answered your questions: "下一步先做哪一项？"="Unanswered". You can now continue with the user's answers in mind.
用户原话：「我选得是第一项，为何提示无答案？！」
